What Can You Expect at Your Due DiligenceTM Home Inspection?

 

DUE DILIGENCETM

Your Due DiligenceTM home inspection will be completed in a manner that meets or exceeds the standards of the American Society of Home Inspectors and the Georgia Association of Home Inspectors.

Your Due DiligenceTM inspection will be completed by a highly trained, experienced and code certified inspector. You and your real estate agent can--and are encouraged to--accompany your Due DiligenceTM inspector through every step of the inspection of your home. Your Due DiligenceTM inspector will explain to you the characteristics of your home, give you tips on maintaining your home, and will explain all inspection findings in layman's language.

Your inspection report will usually be completed "on the spot." Your report will include:

• an overall evaluation of your property;
• a comprehensive report of inspection findings;
• a summary report of inspection findings for quick review;
• photographs of problems found; and
• a glossary of terms used in the report.

Your report will be written in an objective and factual manner. Your Due DiligenceTM inspector will NOT try to mystify you by using lots of technical jargon or alarm you unnecessarily by overstating a condition.

Your Due DiligenceTM inspector will be happy to print extra copies of your report, to email you a copy of your report, or even to overnight you a copy of your report, so you will have it as soon as you need it.*
